The undergraduate education is conducted in two separate programs, with 30% in English and 100% in English. Under the Department of Structures within the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, thesis-based master's and doctoral programs are offered in the fields of Construction, Geotechnical, Hydraulic, Coastal and Harbor Engineering, Structural Mechanics, Transportation, and Building Materials. Additionally, a non-thesis master's program is conducted in Construction Management.

For a student to be eligible to take the graduation course, they must have successfully completed a sufficient number of courses to cover at least 75% of the total credits in the curriculum (120 credits) and have a minimum overall GPA of 2.00.
You can obtain your transcript and student certificate with wet signatures from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Secretary's Office or digitally with a barcode via the e-Government application.
You can take a make-up exam under the following circumstances:
1. In case of illness, with documentation of at least a 3-day medical report.
2. In the event of the death, illness, or accident of a close relative such as a parent, spouse, or sibling, preventing the student from taking the exam.
3. If the student is involved in an accident or is unable to attend the exam due to an accident.
4. In the event of any natural disaster.
5. If the student is arrested or detained.
6. If the student is assigned to national or international competitions, sports activities, or similar duties.
You must apply to the Department Chair within 3 days after the deadline, submitting the required documents.
Newly registered students can collect their student ID cards from the department's student affairs office. It may take up to 1 month for the cards to reach the department after registration. In case of loss or malfunction, you can obtain a new card from the E-Yıldız office.
