Sevgili Öğrenciler,
Çakışma ve kontenjan durumları için bölüme vereceğiniz formu aşağıdaki ekte bulabilirsiniz. Başvuru dilekçeleri yalnızca 24/09/2024 tarihinde alınacaktır. Bu durumda formların serbest ders seçimi süreci tamamlandıktan sonra yapılması gerekmektedir. Başvuru son tarihi: 24/09/2024 (Salı) 16:30
Not: İstanbul dışında olanlar formlarını dilekçeleri ve transkriptleri ile birlikte imzalı olarak ytu.insaat80yil@gmail.com mail adresine aynı tarih ve saate kadar göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
Lütfen dilekçeyi dikkatlice okuyup, özenlice ve okunaklı bir şekilde doldurunuz. Doldurmadan önce şu temel hususlara dikkat ediniz:
- Biri diğerinin ön koşulu olan dersler beraber alınamaz. Örn. yapı statiği 2 ve betonarme yapı tasarımı…
- Üçü aynı anda çakışmasa bile bir dersin farklı iki ders ile çakışması durumunda üç dersin birlikte alınması mümkün değildir.
- Bir (1) saat çakışması bile derslerin çakışma durumu için yeterlidir.
- İki (2) yeni (ilk defa alınacak) ders beraber alınamaz. Derslerden en az birisinden önceden F0 harici bir not almış olmak gereklidir.
- Çakışan iki uygulamalı ders (bologna sayfasında haftalık 1+2, 2+2 şeklinde planlanan dersler ve tasarım dersleri) beraber alınamaz.
- Çakışan uygulamalı ve teorik (aynı planda 2+0,3+0, 4+0 olan) derslerin beraber alınabilmesi için teorik dersin F0 harici bir notla önceden alınmış olması gerekir.
- Çakışan iki teorik dersin olması durumunda ise ders farketmeksizin birisinin F0 harici bir notla önceden alınmış olması gerekir.
- Çakışma bakımından çevrimiçi (online) olan dersler, yüz yüze olanlar ile aynı kurallara tabidir.
- İngilizce kredi kontenjanları öncelikle mezun durumunda olanlara tanınacaktır. Daha sonra imkan oldukça mezuniyetine yakınlığına ve dersin öğrenci yüküne, fiziksel imkanlara göre diğerlerine de yer verilecektir.
- Mezun durumunda olmak, alınması talep edilen dersler verildiğinde bu dönem sonunda mezun olacak anlamına gelmektedir. Önümüzdeki dönem mezun olacak duruma gelmek değildir.
- Benzer şekilde seçmeli ders kontenjanlarında da döneminde ve alttan alanlara öncelik tanınacaktır.
- Programında lisanslı yazılım kullanımını öngören derslerin kontenjanı bilgisayar sınıflarındaki ilgili programla lisanslı makine sayısı ile sınırlıdır. Örn. yapı bilg. mod., yapı müh. bilg. uyg.
- Sosyal seçmeli ve matematik, fizik gibi servis derslerinin kontenjan durumları ilgili fakültelerden ayarlanmakta olup İnşaat Müh. Bölümü yetkisi dışındadır. Bununla beraber döneminde olup da alınılması gereken servis dersleri için yaşanan kontenjan sıkıntısını da dilekçeye ekleyebilirsiniz. Örn. 1. sınıf öğrencisinin döneminde olup da ilk defa alacağı MAT2 veya FİZİK2 gibi derslerde yaşadığı kontenjan sıkıntısı dilekçeye konu olabilir. Sosyal seçmeli dersler ise tamamen ilgili bölümler tarafından regüle edilmektedir. Dolayısıyla sosyal seçmeli havuzundan bir dersin özellikle talep edilmesi tavsiye edilmemektedir.
- Seçmeli derslerde alternatifleri varken özellikle bir dersin istenilmesi tavsiye edilmemektedir.
- Aynı dersin farklı grubuna dilekçe ile transfer edilmesi mümkün değildir.
- Formların değerlendirilmesi durumu devam ederken öğrencinin OBS sisteminden yukarıdaki belirttiği derslerden başka dersleri alması tavsiye edilmemektedir.
Son olarak bu dilekçeye ekleyeceğiniz, kendi el yazınızla hazırlayıp imzalayacağınız ve durumunuzu, isteklerinizi açık bir şekilde ifade eden dilekçe ekini ve güncel transkriptinizi vermeyi unutmayınız. Ders kredisi olarak imkanınız var diye programınızı aşırı yüklemeye çalışmayınız. Kendi çalışma, azim ve kişisel koşullarınıza göre gerçekten başarılı olabileceğiniz tutarlı bir program oluşturmaya çalışınız. Dersi almış olmak vermek anlamına gelmediğinden kaldırabileceğiniz yükün altına giriniz.

You can find the form you will submit to the department for conflict and quota situations in the attachment below. Application petitions will only be received on 24/09/2024. In this case, the forms must be submitted after the free course selection process is completed.

Please read the petition carefully and fill it out carefully and legibly. Before filling it out, pay attention to the following basic points:
• Courses that are prerequisites for each other cannot be taken together. For example, structural statics 2 and reinforced concrete structure design…
• Even if all three do not overlap at the same time, if a course overlaps with two different courses, it is not possible to take three courses together.
• Even a one (1) hour overlap is sufficient for the course overlap.
• Two (2) new (to be taken for the first time) courses cannot be taken together. At least one of the courses must have received a grade other than F0 in advance.
• Two overlapping practical courses (courses planned as 1+2, 2+2 weekly on the Bologna page and design courses) cannot be taken together.
• In order for overlapping practical and theoretical courses (2+0,3+0,4+0 in the same plan) to be taken together, the theoretical course must have been taken in advance with a grade other than F0.
• In case of two overlapping theoretical courses, one of them must have been taken in advance with a grade other than F0, regardless of the course.
• Online courses are subject to the same rules as face-to-face courses in terms of overlap.
• English credit quotas will be given to those who are in the status of graduates first. Later, if possible, others will be included according to the proximity to graduation, the student load of the course, and physical facilities.
• Being in the status of graduate means that the courses requested to be taken will be graduated at the end of this semester when they are given. It does not mean that you will be in a position to graduate next semester.
• Similarly, priority will be given to those who take elective courses in their term and below.
• The quota of courses that require the use of licensed software in their programs is limited to the number of licensed machines in computer classes with the relevant program. For example, structural engineering model, structural engineering application.
• The quota status of social elective and service courses such as mathematics and physics are arranged by the relevant faculties and are outside the authority of the Civil Engineering Department. However, you can also add the quota shortage experienced for service courses that are in their term but need to be taken to the petition. For example, the quota shortage experienced by a first-year student in courses such as MAT2 or PHYSICS2 that are in their term but will be taken for the first time can be the subject of the petition. Social elective courses are completely regulated by the relevant departments. Therefore, it is not recommended to specifically request a course from the social elective pool.
• It is not recommended to specifically request a course when there are alternatives in elective courses.
• It is not possible to transfer the same course to a different group with a petition.
• While the evaluation of the forms is ongoing, it is not recommended for the student to take courses from the OBS system other than the courses specified above.
Finally, do not forget to submit a petition appendix that you will add to this petition, which you will prepare and sign in your own handwriting and clearly state your situation and requests, and your current transcript. Do not try to overload your program just because you have the opportunity for course credit. Try to create a consistent program in which you can be truly successful according to your own work, determination and personal conditions. Since taking the course does not mean giving it, take on the burden you can handle.
