Çakışan dersleriniz için dilekçelerinizi Google Form aracılığı ile iletmeniz gerekmektedir.

Servis derslerinin ders programında başka derslerle çakışması durumunda öncelikle 22 Eylül Pazartesi günü ders ekle-sil döneminde çakışmayan başka uygun grup bakılarak seçim yapılması gerekmektedir.

Lütfen dilekçeyi dikkatlice okuyup, özenlice ve okunaklı bir şekilde doldurunuz. Doldurmadan önce şu temel hususlara dikkat ediniz:
• Biri diğerinin ön koşulu olan dersler beraber alınamaz. Örn. Yapı Statiği 2 ve Betonarme Yapı Tasarımı…
• Üçü aynı anda çakışmasa bile bir dersin farklı iki ders ile çakışması durumunda üç dersin birlikte alınması mümkün değildir.
• Bir (1) saat çakışması bile derslerin çakışma durumu için yeterlidir.
• İki (2) yeni (ilk defa alınacak) ders beraber alınamaz. Derslerden en az birisinden önceden F0 harici bir not almış olmak gereklidir.
• Çakışan iki uygulamalı ders (bologna sayfasında haftalık 1+2, 2+2 şeklinde planlanan dersler ve tasarım dersleri) beraber alınamaz.
• Çakışan uygulamalı ve teorik (aynı planda 2+0,3+0, 4+0 olan) derslerin beraber alınabilmesi için teorik dersin F0 harici bir notla önceden alınmış olması gerekir.
• Çakışan iki teorik dersin olması durumunda ise ders fark etmeksizin birisinin F0 harici bir notla önceden alınmış olması gerekir.
• Çakışma bakımından çevrimiçi (online) olan dersler, yüz yüze olanlar ile aynı kurallara tabidir.

You should send us your petition letter for your overlapping courses via Google Form.
Your signed petition letter must be uploaded to the specified section on the Google Form.
Fundamental courses overlap with other courses in the curriculum, a selection must be made by looking for another suitable group that does not overlap during the add-drop period on Monday, September 22.
GOOGLE FORM WILL BE ACTIVE ONLY ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025. LAST SUBMISSION DATE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 AT 6:00 PM. THERE WILL BE NO SUBMISSION METHOD FOR YOUR PETITION LETTER EXCEPT GOOGLE FORM!
Please read the petition carefully and fill it out carefully and legibly. Before filling it out, pay attention to the following basic points:
• Courses that are prerequisites for each other cannot be taken together. For example, Structural Analysis 2 and Reinforced Concrete Structural Design…
• Even if all three do not overlap at the same time, if a course overlaps with two different courses, it is not possible to take three courses together.
• Even a one (1) hour overlap is sufficient for the course overlap.
• Two (2) new (to be taken for the first time) courses cannot be taken together. At least one of the courses must have received a grade other than F0 in advance.
• Two overlapping practical courses (courses planned as 1+2, 2+2 weekly on the Bologna page and design courses) cannot be taken together.
• In order for overlapping practical and theoretical courses (2+0,3+0,4+0 in the same plan) to be taken together, the theoretical course must have been taken in advance with a grade other than F0.
• In case of two overlapping theoretical courses, one of them must have been taken in advance with a grade other than F0, regardless of the course.
• Online courses are subject to the same rules as face-to-face courses in terms of overlap.
