COURSE
CONFLICT EXCEPTION: FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 COURSE
REQUEST FOR INCREASED ENROLLMENT CAPACITY: FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 COURSE
If your service courses conflict with other courses in the schedule, you must first check for other suitable groups that do not conflict during the course add/drop period on September 21–22 and make your selection accordingly.
COURSE REQUEST FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA GOOGLE FORM ONLY ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2026. DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2026, AT 5:00 PM
Please read the form carefully and fill it out neatly and legibly. Before filling it out, please note the following key points:
• Courses that are prerequisites for one another cannot be taken together. For example, Structural Analysis 2 and Reinforced Concrete Design…
• Even if three courses do not overlap at the same time, it is not possible to take three courses together if one course overlaps with two different courses.
• Even a one (1)-hour overlap is sufficient to constitute a course conflict.
• Two (2) new (courses being taken for the first time) courses cannot be taken together. You must have previously earned a grade other than F0 in at least one of the courses.
• Two overlapping practical courses (courses scheduled as 1+2 or 2+2 per week on the Bologna page and design courses) cannot be taken together.
• For overlapping practical and theoretical courses (those with a schedule of 2+0, 3+0, or 4+0 in the same plan) to be taken together, the theoretical course must have been previously taken with a grade other than F0.
• If two theoretical courses conflict, one of them—regardless of which—must have been taken previously with a grade other than F0.
• Online courses are subject to the same rules regarding course conflicts as in-person courses.
